TIPS:
--Take two vitamins with breakfast, two with lunch, and two with dinner.
--If that doesn't work for you, do three in the morning and three at night.
--If that is too hard, try Rainbow Light's Just Once Prenatal (though not as good).
CAUTION:
--If you have never had a problem with iron deficiency anemia AND you have too much iron in your blood, you might want to find a prenatal without iron. This one might make you constipated.
--Never use any supplement for an overly-lengthy period of time. After 2.5-3 years of continual use I developed a sensitivity and can no longer tolerate this supplement (full body rash within 15 minutes). Nobody ever warned me, but I'm warning you!"
