"During the first trimester I used a different pre natal and my doula recommended I switch to metagenics because I kept complaining of constipation. She felt the iron in the metagenics formula was easier to absorb than other pre natals. I was skeptical and didn't think it would matter but finally bought it out of desperation. It made an **immediate** difference and I have been regular ever since (just finishing up third trimester now). I liked that my former vitamin was only one pill, and metagenics is a little packet of pills, but it is so worth it it if it helps you the way it helped me. I also am carrying twins and everything has gone very well with their growth. I have only taken one packet a day of the metagenics and am not supplementing with extra folic acid or anything. so this vitamin has really worked for me or I would not be writing a review about it. have never written a review before. good luck"
